Receipt date Aug'26, 2003

Hi,

My receipt date for I-765 is August 26, 2003, service center california.
According to the processing time they are already processing cases with receipt date as of mine but my online status has not changed. Anyone else with the same date? How long does it take to get I-765 approved?

Is your I-140 approved?

I am in the same situation also... CSC center with a receipt date of Aug 14th or so. I-140 has to be approved before we get EAD card... (in most cases).

Please let us know if you get your EAD card approved before I-140.

I am seeing postings here that adivse us not to use EAD at least until I-140 is approved.
