RECD Plastic CARD within 3.5 weeks of approval

Just wanted to let you all know that I received my Plastic card within 1 month of my approval.

Proactive it happened to me also. I am surprised at the speed in which it was processed.

CIBA - Please update my Handle in the Plastic card tracking list.

ND 01/10/2001, FP 04/24/2001. Case trf to local office for Interview in SAnjose. Stamped by the IIO on 12/10/2001. Recvied the card by mail on 01/07/2002

why they transfer case to local offier ?
Do they do in random ?
Or any specific reason ?
