Recd only EAD card but no 485 receipt from VSC

hi all
I mailed 485,EAD etc to VSC on Spet 24th
ND Nov 17th
EAD approved Dec 7th
Card recd Dec 11th
The card has a A# on it..
Does that mean my 485 receipt is also generated.i called up INS last week when the EAD card had not yet been approved and then they said 485 receipt is not yet generated.
Any insights highly appreciated.
BTW my parole was also approved but I am yet to receive parole notice

It is coming.. trust me

An A# is based on your 485, you could not get EAD if you did not have a generated A#.
 
Don\'t worry

Our EAD cards came almost a week before our attorney got the I-485 receipts. Strange it may be, but I don\'t think they would issue you EAD unless your 485 case has been put in the system. Don\'t worry, I\'m sure you\'ll get the receipt very soon.
By the way, how did you know AP has been approved for you? Thanks.

Dont Worry you will get your receipt soon . For Myself and spouse got AP then EAD card then Receipt notice . MD 9/20/01 Rd 9/21/01 ND 11/15/01. Every thing will be fine .
 
Got AP no EAD

MD 10/15
Checks cashed 11/21 for all EAD/AP AND 485
AP received on 12/11 (yesterday)

I got our AP to my home.
Who gets the EAD card attorney or us ?
