yeah.
it was the asme as the first. but dated more than a month apart. Spoke to a IIO who asked me to mail the current RFE back with a letter that all the info had been sent 1 month ago.
My lawyer did so after some coaxing.
I also sent a letter in thro my local congressman but dont know if that helped at all.
The message did NOT change the second time around to RFE Recd.!!!
