Recd approval on 01/06/05 for I-140 and I-485. Approvals for both wife and self.

Filed I-140 (EB3) and I-485 on Sept 15 2003.

Recd RFEs on I-140 and both I-485s. Employer ability to pay and marriage evidence (though marriage certificate was submitted earlier). Marriage certificate resubmitted as response.
