I called DOL regarding my labor certification for green card thru RIR and the voice system say that its notice of findings rebuttal has been received. pls. tell me what it means and it says that the notice was posted on nov 7th 2002. pls. help me:(
 
This means that DOL issued an enquiry for something and your lawyer replied to the enquiry. A rebuttal is that response to the notice of finding. Contact your lawyer or company for what the enquiry was about, and their response to it.
