I am about to aplly for GC through USC wife.
Iam on H1b.came to us legally,worked a month without authorization which i added in G-XXXa form.
Never been convicted or charged.got a ticket once for tag light not working.
Our marrige is legit with alll docs.

I am jus considering a Worst case scenario--what if they deny my I-485 will they remove out of US provided i used my EAD....?

are there any other reasons for rejectons apart from above not being true.

If they deny the I-485 and you have no basis for being here (like a valid, unexpired H/L) then yes, you could be put into removal proceedings. But based on what you have said, it's doubtful your case would be denied.

Inadmissibility based on health/criminal record, or the marriage ceasing to exist.
