I am going to Mexico to get H-1b stamp on my passport. Mine is a simple F1-OPT-H1b case.

I was wondering what are the common grounds for refusing H-1b visa to the applicant.

Insufficient documentation, not taking advance appointment, security clearance requirement.

hi,
i am in the same boat.F1-OPT-H1.got my approval and ma planning to go to Canada to get my stamp.Can some one let me know which is the best place in Canada to go for my stamping,based on minimal refusal?
also since this is a new job which I will be starting in Jan 1st,2003 and I am going to Canada on Jan 3rd,2003.I will only have an employment letter and other necessary documents,but no paychecks to show as I am just starting the job.Will this be a problem?
