i will be going to australia and i am bit apprehensive since that consulate does not have any experience in these type of cases.

but if i have maintained legal status at all times, i do not have any kind of legal issues in my record(like DUI ) and i will have a letter from my client and from my employer stating that i work for them.........and my w-2 from prev year....and 10-15 previous pay stubs....

on what grounds can they deny the h1 visa revalidation??

shall i mention to them that i have a I-140 approved??

The only possible ground is the security issue or fraud; otherwise, why they should deny your visa? Shouldn’t you answer every question based on the facts? So far You are doing well, aren’t you?

its true that they dont have any grounds........but its a bit scary because we are at their mercy.........and its also possible that we may have missed a step somewhere.....which we will come to know on that day.. (like not removing i-94 from passport, or passport not having a departure stamp etc..)

Refused

I had information fm one of my friend that his stamping was refused by the visa officer. This prob'ly can happen outside india.
Less experience was one of the criteria. But according to him, visa officer couldnt understand what he was explaning about his specialization.
IN this case, what are the options available for him? Is he forbidden fm states fm now on or can he make another appeal through his employer?
Please, any knowledgeable guy can shed some light here..
