Reason for Backlogs and Delay ...

As we have seen the trend that BCIS would process less than 50 % of cases in a month and moves to the following months..

Why are these cases left away..

Here is the reason.

These cases have not cleared the background check ..

And this could be related the financial status of the Applicant.

The case is delayed if let's say

-- The person has a huge amount of debt and does not hold any Fixed Assets in US to substantiate where the money is spent

-- Any one who have sent money outside the US through non legal means like hawala etc

Did anyone receive any RFEs related to one's financial status ??

Per pingpong02's suggestion, all of you document your financial dealing correct to a penny and fax to BCIS on daily basis.

okay everyone !! I hear you.

This is just my theory ..

If you think this theory is incorrect.. I beleive and will be happy about it.

Can you please post your theories or reasoning ??
 
Please dont waste your time on formulating some ridiculous theories. Just hold tight and wait for your turn. BCIS is not a super intelligent org. to do all this. They just go by application "heap". So, if your application is lucky to be in that heap(surviving atleast "19" months of dust and skunks) you will indeed get your approval. THATS THE BOTTOMLINE. Do something meaningful..Dont formulate wierd theories or things like changing husbands last name after marriage!
