reason for applying the waiver and not going back

Hi everyone,
I might sound like a complete novice but i have no idea what to write in the reason for continuing my work in the US (I am currently a J1 research fellow) and not returning to the home country. Is there any website that has sample letters which can help me know what kind of explaination is intended.

I have never seen any samples, reasons are different for different people, if your J1 was funded by the government then your statement has to argue that you staying outwait the goals of the program which intended you to bring the knowledge back to your home country...
