Reapplying EB1 after refusal and eb2 i-140 approved

I got my I-140 EB2 NIW/Advanced degree approved. However, EB1 extraordinary ability was disapproved. I am planning to apply for EAD. Simultaneously, I am reapplying for EB1. Will my EAD from EB2 be rejected in case EB1 is rejected?

Swederoxette, sorry i dont have an answer for you but a question. I am new this and I may sound stupid. With EAD you can work without visa sponsorship right? I think I have a strong NIW case but hesitant to apply because I am from India. I am looking for a way that would enable to find jobs without depending on a visa sponsorship from the employer. Can I apply for NIW, get my I-140 approved, then apply for EAD and become eligible to work without visa sponsorship? What will be my status during this time. I would extremely grateful if you could please explain. Thanks !!!
