reappear for interview 221(g) + need to refill DS156[URGENT]?

Hello All,

I have to reappear for the interview after 221(g) was granted to me from Delhi Consulate.
The query is should I need to refill the DS156 & DS157 forms. This is so because I cannot find the forms along with the documents that were returned to me after 221(g) was granted to me.
it is very urgent.
Please reply as soon as possible.

I doubt it. The consulate will have your DS-156 and DS-157. This is not a new application, but a continuation of your current application which still needs to be adjudicated. Good luck!!!
