Friends,

I have sent out my RFE already last week. but No 2nd FP yet? But I have heared that, when the IIO physically opens the file.He suppose to issue a FP (if they xpired) . but in my case I did not get any 2nd FP (1st FP xpired) but Idid get RFE for other docs.

Same is my Case . Website Already says RFE r;ved and but my 1st FP expired on MAr 11 2004.
And I'm too waiting forn 2nd FP so that I get approval.

GOD know whether I would get approved with 2nd FP??

My guess is, they want to verify employment first, then, ask for FP, because if one cannot prove employment, why FP?.
CSC just want to spare some time. Don't worry.

Hey lucky people .. atleast you are getting RFEs .. be happy .. there are umpteen number of people in Dec 2001 and early jan 2002 that are waiting for BCIS to touch their files ..

For myself, they issued 2nd FP first and RFE the very next day. The website says RFE received but, nothing about FP recieved...Checking the INS site quite often to see the good news...
