Real Canadian / Ginnu - A few questions, please help!

My 485 was approved and I received my Card about two weeks ago. My spouse's application is still pending. Unfortunately some changes are happening in my company due to which I might have to look for another job. The questions I have are:
1) Will it be a problem if I switch jobs now? Will my GC be revoked if my company withdraws my I-140 application as it's been only 4 months that I applied for I-485 (even though my application got approved 2 weeks back)?
2) If I switch jobs, will it be a problem for my spouse's application as she is my derivative?

The company withdrawing the I-140 will have no effect since your GC is approved. If you took the job in good faith and then they laid you off, then you should be fine. If you leave on your own accord after just two weeks, then your employer may have a legitimate complaint to make.

Only if your switching jobs negatively affects your GC.

Thanks RealCanadian for your reply! For switching jobs, what is the good time frame? Should we must wait 6 months or something around couple of months is good enough?
