Hi

I am ready to send my application package tomorrow but before I send , I have some questions.. If you answer them briefly, I really I appreciate it

So my package will include : N-400 form, 2 passport pictures, 1 photocopy of my Green Card and $675 check

1) I write it down my A # behind pictures, my name lastname and sign them , is that correct ?

2) I like to use USPS priority with delivery confirmation.. I live in Maryland so there are 2 different addresses for the lockbox.

USCIS
P.O. Box 299026
Lewisville, TX 75029

For express/courier deliveries, use:

USCIS
Attn: N-400
2501 S State Hwy 121, Bldg. #4
Lewisville, TX 75067

Since I am using priority ( faster service ) , will it be mailed to the second address ?

3) I will make regular photocopy of my greencard.. Do i have to sign or write anything behind the photocopy like the pictures ? 1 copy will be fine ?

Thanks a lot..

1) Yes

2) Yes, street address in case of USPS Priority Mail. Make sure you have a tracking number.

3) One copy of front and back. It is not necessary to sign it.

What do u mean by sign? on front side of the pictures? NO way.
You just put name and A# on the back of the pictures.thats all. You sign on the front when you are asked to during the interview.

2) It doesn't matter which address you send. I believe they both finally end up in the same place at the street address. Don't sweat on it just do what they instructed to do.

3. When you make you a photocopy of green card, it already has your name on it...what is the need to write again on the back...signing name on back of the pictures is to make sure that they can find your pictures if they are misplaced. just a precaution.

Dont think OP meant signing the photographs on the front, and if he did, I stand corrected. I did put my A number and name on the back of the pictures.

If you are using Priority then use the first address.

The second address is for hand delivered couriers like FedEx etc.
