my wife wich is a U.S Citizen and I are ready to file she is going to get my green card thru marriege and we are ready to file, but we are concern about the I-864 form... here is the situation my husband filed before with his ex-wife in 1998, had his interview in 2000 and his wife was missing one of the tax papers so the immigration agent left it pending, requesting for a copy of taxes. he never followed up because him and his ex-wife were too busy with drama, etc.
Now here is ready to file again with me but he has been working all this time because he has a valid social security card and kids to support bla bla bla. he works for a major bank and has been doing this for the last 7 years....
we both make really good money and I don't know if we need one affidavit of support or one more for him since he works??????????
or what do we need? we already have 1-130, 485 and the g-325's
so the main concern here is what do we do with the affidavit of support, how many and do we combine our income? i don't know

bla bla bla....
