Ready to file 485, but the I140 approval was sent to NVC for CP by mistake.

Gurus. My I140 approval notice says it has been sent to NVC, even though I didn\'t apply for CP. It looks like it is mistake by VSC. My laywer has sent me all the paperworks for I485. I am going to file 485 anyway. will my I485 application be accepted by VSC? What should I do? Can my wife still apply for EAD? Thanks in advance.

Why dont you consider CP. As you may know that CP is must faster than I-485. If you have all your papers in order, I would go for CP any day compared to I-485.
