It was going very slow on portal...scene over this portal was very dry & dull...on s.1932 front, we were about loose hopes..especially Retrogressed countries, EB3's...But needed quotes like..

Anyway,

Update, still fighting the case.

I have appointment tomorrow with an attorney who works for The Catholic Immigration Office in Orlando

No, I am not Catholic, but the believe and fight for family reunification. I will let you know how I get on.

I sent attorney who has been working on case money in Oct. He has now passed to AILA, as this case may need a legitive fix, again I will up date when any news

Today I meet with a group of professionals who are all on E 2 visa's. These people can only live and work in the US whilst they take an active interest in their US business and employ ?? number of USC or LPR. Many of these investors come to the US with small children. Once these children become 21 years old they either have to return to home country or go to uni to get degree.

At this meeting was were two very important people !!!!!!!! (names cannot be mentioned yet) who were on our side of E visa holders and children who age out. We are setting up a committee to run a not for profit company. Hopefully, we will then be able to lobby congressmen/senators. etc etc., Meetings will be held with all sorts of VIP's

H4 Visa Query

I came USA on 3rd Oct, 2005 through H1B with company
"A". My wife got H4 stamped through company "A" on
14th Oct, 2005. But till now she didn't travel on that visa. Right
now, she is in India. After two months, I changed my
company from "A" to company "B" and also I transfer my
H1B from Company "A" to Company "B".
My question : Is it valid H4 visa for my wife to enter in
USA on the same H4 which she got stamp through Company "A"?

Since you got transfered and attached with "B". so it is always good thing to update her all documents to avoid any possible headache/denial at POE(port of entry).

Thank you so much for your offer of help, much appreciated and welcomed.

Would be grateful if we could have a chat (if possible before Christmas) so could you please PM your contact number.

A commitee is to be formed and need people with, accountancy skills, (treasurer) secretary, Marketing knowledge, attorney (member of aila) etc.,

Hopefully this organization will become a recognised such as BBB, AILA, Chamber of commerce type.

This is going to be a mamouth task, all offers of help appreciated

Rajiv,
I do not know if you got a real good answer to this question but H4 is NOT employer dependent. It means, she can come to USA on her current visa. No need to apply again. Send her all the new docs you have and if asked at the immigration, she just needs to answer the right company etc.,
