I just file DS230 Part I to NVC with my and my husband form. I wonder whehter I mistt I-134? When to file I-134? Is it at Ds-230 part I stage? I am employement base.

I am not sure if the second thread was by mistake? if not, you don't have to open two separate threads for the same qestion.

You will need completed and notariezed I-134 form when you go for the CP interview. You don't need to file I-134 with packet 3.
