RE: VSC Processing times

Dear All:

The processing time as mentioned by VSC for I-140 EB/3 is 5/08/03 however for the past few weeks I have not seen even a single approval let alone be an RFE, do we all know when they might touch our cases, I know i sound a little lost out here but that is how I feel, it has been really painful waiting for the approval and moving to the next stage, som times just feel like hanging up my boots and head back home, yes and at times somethings in life are just not fair..

Please do keep posting your approvals on this forum so as we all know where we are heading even if that be guess work...

I am in the same boat.
EB3 with ND of 7th March, 2003 still pending.
What is your notice date?
 
Two applicants from my company got their approval letters today...one was 16th April 2003 eB3 and another was may21st 2003 EB3. However their online status is still not update...

Guys,
Plz do not loose peteince, I do understand what you guys are going thrue, my ND is Sep 26 2003 and I understand that for me it is too early to react in this way, but even i feel bad when i see people applying after Sep 26 2003 getting approval and not me.

People like you who applied on and and around begining of last year is my center opoint of any conclusion, I keep following these type of case, I feel real bad when I see nay of you feeling this way.

Only thing I can tell you is to have petience and faith, and things would be better.

My RD is 3/11/03 and I have just been waiting to see the magic words.....

Your right these days they do not even updaste the website - I recvd FP for my spouse on 2/18/04 and the online did not mention anything however on 2/20/04 they say they have mailed the FP and ....... so your right they are not consistent..

Your right soem times these words to help a long way, however its been really long and when you see ppl after you getting approved left right and center it killss on your patience - I know you mena it geniunely so i take your words ..
