Hi,
I am so frustrated today to get news from HR that they receive notice of intent to deny my case. My applied position is accountant. BCIS states that my job duty is mos likely as bookeeping clerk in stead of accountant. So, BCIS thinks that I am not eligible for position. BCIS request peitioner to submit additional information, evidence or arguments to support within 30 days. Failure to respond to this reqeust will result in denial of petition.
This is my h-1 extention. I have ever applied h-1 since year 2000 for 2 times. There is no problem with similar job description to get previous 2 h-1. I wonder why BCIS evaluates so strict for my case this time. Have anyone got notice of intent to deny. How much percentange to get denial even I send evident to argue with them. Will it has high percentage to get denial for h-1 extention?
Thanks!
