Hello,

The H1 visa stamped in my passport is valid till June 2005. It is through company X. I got a new job before 1 month and I have a new approval notice through company Y. So the H1 visa stamp on my passport says company X and I am currently working for company Y.

I am thinking of going to India in January 2005. Do you think travelling will be a problem? What documents should I keep with me?

------- you are OK to use the Visa stamp with X company name on it when you enter US BEFORE June 2005 show your passport Visa stamp AND new H1 approval notice at POE you will get I-94 till H1 approval notice of Y

Travelling to Puerto Rico

HI,
My wife is on an F-1 visa and she gets on to an H1-B on December 1st.
Anybody know if that would be a problem for her to travel to Puerto Rico ?
I know it is a U.S. Territory but not sure if it is the same as travelling within the United States.

Any comments are appreciated.
