RE: Transit Visa & Travel with Stamping

Dear Friends,

My case was approved 2 weeks back, and I am planning for trip to India.

I am flying to Chennai Via Delhi, flight goes through London Heathow Airport, I asked travel agent, he said i should take trasit visa.

My question is

1. Where to apply for Transit Visa to London (website/contact info)?

2. Is it safe to travel with Passport Stamped (Only)?
