re-stamping questions at LA INS office

I am going to Los Angeles downtown INS office for pp restamping because I sitll have not got gc and the stamp on my pp is expiring. I have some questions on this re-stamping process:

Does anyone know about

1) whether they do re-stamping Mon-Fri ?

2) which room I should go to ?

3) should I be there by 6:00am ?

4) what document I need ? ( I think I need at least my passport, my courtesy approval notice) anything else ?

5) Do I need to have photos ?

6) Is there a chage for the re-stamp ?

7) What is I-90 and do I need to file one ?

Thanks for you reply. I think I will go to Santa Ana for restamp. You mentioned about submitting a I-90 for replacement of card. Can I submit this form at the same time when I am re-stamping my pp in Santa Ana ? I don't want to make another trip if I don't have to. I don't live close to Santa Ana.
 
gc received

On 12/6/2002 I got my pp re-stamped. Not asked to finger print, nor for pictues. I did not filed for 1-90. I received I gc last week.

The restamped was done in Santa Ana. I was there 6:40am. Out with pp re-stamped by 8:15am.

My wife got her pp restamped a few days after me. She was asked to finger print and pictures. She still have not received the gc yet.
