Re-scheduling FP

Gurus...

My wife got FP notice...can attend any time from March 3rd to May12th of any wed....If we didnt attend within this time frame..they gonna abondon her application......

Due to our personal reasons we are thinking to reschedule it to after Jun15th...

Do you think is it a good idea to reschedule it ? If so what is the procedure..unfortuantely i dont have a format like re-scheduling on her FP notice.....If so can you guys let me know the exact procedure..i would appreicate your feed back....
 
shouldnt be a problem...just call up at the 1-800 number and re-schedule...
it's a fairly simple affair and you should not worry bout it....fp's are cleared anyways in minutes by the FBI unlike name check which is nothing but an excuse to delay........
 
Thanks for your immediate reply, i have called 1 800 no... she asked me to send a letter with reason. do you have any letter format for reschedule.

It's the same FP Notice. In that fill in the rescheduled date and day.I didn't remember exactly if there is a provision to select the date. I did rescheduled for my husband and daughter just by filling in the same original FP notice and posted to the same address mentioned in the FP Notice. They got rescheduled after 2 months. Hope this helps. But keep a copy for your records.
 
Unfortunately we havent got the same format as others got....her FP notice doesnt have any rescheduled form.. I dont know how many formats CIS has.....

I have seen some of my friends FP notice...they do have rescheduling in the same FP notice..Anyway Thanks for you reply ..I appreciate it.....
