Hi All,
INS issued RFE for my WIFE on 3rd NOV 2003
I think we need to reply to RFE before 28th Jan

Till date we have not recieved the RFE, We laready called INS 3/4 times, everytime they took request and asked US to WAIT

Latest they asked US to WAIT till 2nd Jan 2004

I am really in tense, Anyone know whet to do in this situation
I am thinking about contacing Senetor/Congressman
Any one know how to approch these peoples, I am in COLORADO

Anyone know which COLORADO senetor/congressman, will be more helpful

RFE - Colorado senator

Please refer to the thread below. User sanju contacted Colorado
senator and it worked. You might like to contact the senator's
office ASAP, with your case. Also your lawyer must put some
pressure.

It is also possible that the RFE is a spurious one (we call it
noise statistically).
