RE: Priority date

My priority date was current in June 2007, so I mailed my concurrent application along with my family, and delivered to the Nebraska Service Center on the 29th (June). Does it mean, assuming that all documents are okay, that we are assured of green cards?

As always, thank you so much.

This is a TN forum. Try to ask these questions elsewhere.

But, in general, you will only get GC when your PD is current. Since it was only current in June 2007, it is likely that it will be at least a year before it is current again, given the large influx of cases. Your case is received, it will be approved when it is finished processing AND youyr date is current, which it is not current now, nor will it be very soon. For example, no one can get GC until at least October, which is rumoured to retrogress to the same dates that were posted in January
