A freind of mine who is a citizen got his fiancee over here on a Fiancee Visa did all her paperwork however as he was supposed to renew all paperwork did not do so, he is scheduled for an interview 9/09/2003 - he is a little concerned if the Green card would be given to his wife, please advise.

On not renewing paperwork, it is just his nature - do you GURUS belive his wife would be granted the Green card, reason why i ask is that he is a bit nervous about not having all paperwork up to date and renewing all paperwork accordingly - Any help/advise here would be highly appreciated.

do u mean the subesquent I130 / I485 + other supporting papers after the fiance entered the USA on an K-1??

Yes, i was refering to I130 / I485 + other supporting papers after the fiance entered the USA on an K-1.

I apologize for the inconvenience, my freind's wife got her green card stamped on the passport yesterday. Thanks
