My Labor application is at the backlog elimination center with a priority date of March 2003. I have an oppurtunity from a friend's company to file a fresh Labor application thru PERM as a future employee.
The Question I have is can I go ahead and file Labor,I140 and 485 for a future position.
This is a small company but a good financial standing and everything is in good faith.
Any suggestions from anyone .....
