Re-open(or appeal?) 485 after AAO approve the 140?

Hi, Gurus,

My situation is kind of complicated, but here it goes:

Original 140/485 concurrent filing WAC-03-072.
Denial of 140 for EB-1A and subsequent denial of 485, Dec, 2003.
Applied Appeal to AAO, Feb, 2004.
AAO approved my application, Nov, 2004.

So now the question is that can I appeal or request to re-open the 485 application? Or I am doomed to be robbed again by the USCIS to re-apply 485?
