RE: N-400 Passport size photos

I am in the process of applying for N-400. One of the documents to be attached is 2 passport size photos. I took the photos in Sears and they did not ask us to remove our eye glass or ear rings/nose stud. After going thru the instructions website for Documents attachment checklist, found out that the passport photos need to be taken without eyeglass and ear rings. When I went with the instruction sheet to Sears, they told me that if we are wearig it permanently and needs to be taken with that which they verified it seems with the authority. Is it ok if I send those photos or I should retake without eyeglass and ear rings/nose stud? Please advise. I appreciate in advance for your reply.

I would say re-take the pictures. I am not sure if you guys are COSTCO members or not, but they have pretty good passport picture service. Only 4.99 you have two instant passport pictures.
