Need some Help, When i Checked my Status, it says After Aprroving your Application your Card is Ordered it will be mailed to you as soom as it is ready, iam leaving for India on Wednesday
i have asked Post Office to Hold my Mail until i come back.
Will they Hold my GreenCard Mail or it will be Returned.
any Folks have similiar Experience Please Post.

I would say ask some of your responsible friend to check your mailbox for you everyday.

When was your passport stamped?

my Passport was Stamped on March 27

I would sincerely advice you to ask someone to get your mail and keep it for you. I did the same thing when I was out of town, had a friend get all my mail and keep it safely until I returned.

Rahdhan, I think you are totally fine. I don't know why people are so worried about this situation, PO will hold your mail when you are on vacation for however long, and they should hold the mail having the GC as well. There are issues only if PO has to FORWARD the mail due to change in address, which is not the case here. So , relax and enjoy your trip.

Yes in my case , Post office HOLD all the mails including GC, so do not worry, enjoy your trip and come back safely !!
