I have following questions regarding Mumbai consulate:

1] What is the best time to call consulate [ Esatern time in USA ]

2] What is phone number:

3] After customer service / receptionist picks up the phone, who is the person you are suppose to talk to regarding CP interview [ Name, designation?]

4] Is there any direct phone number to reach this person?

I really am not sure about this. I have written about 5 emails regarding PCC ,none of them got replied even after 3 months.

I dont know if its only me who is facing this problem.

i emailed the mumbai consulate on 1/10/05 and have not received a response yet.....still waiting...dont want to bombard them either with emails...they may never respond

I sent 2 e-mails to Mumbai Consulate, and both the times I got reply very next day. I just assumed that they are prompt with everyone else, I guess I am lucky.
