I have my Labour Certifications filed from 2 companies , one of them for which I am presently working (on H1 )
My question is can I go ahead and also file my I 140
from both these companies as well ?

Multiple I-140 and I-485

Hi,

this is a very unusual situation common among nurses but related to multiple filings. My wife is under concurrent filing 140/485 on Schedule A (nurse)-no LC needed.

The question is:

1. Can another employer file a 140/485 petition for her while she has a pending petition.

2. Can you apply for EAD on the 2nd petition?

3. Are there any possible risks in this scenario?
