I got a letter on the 29th asking me to mail my Passport for stamping. I was really suprised at the promptness as only a month back I had paid my ROLF .
The letter also said that my medicals would expire on June 2004
and that I had to enter Canada before that.

The question I had is after taking my landing (I am planning to do that in March 2004) how many years can I stay outside Canada as my US GC process is also going on ?

My wife who is on H4 at present is planning to go back to school and get a F1 visa in the US. Is that a problem with the Canadian PR ?
