My I-140 got approved last March 19,\'02 at TSC. However, my company returned it to INS bec. the company name was wrong. It has been > 3 months, and still INS has not generated the new 140. No new receipt number was given...
1. Would it be subject to the same processing times as the regular 140\'s?
2. Can we follow-up directly with INS regarding 140?
3. Can we proceed with I-485 filing?
