How do I find out what dates are being processing at NSC for I-485 for retrogressed countries (like India, China, etc). Can somebody please post a link.

There is no special processing dates for retro folks.
There is only one EB 485 processing date - if you are retrogressed then you have to wait till your PD becomes current - else you are "eligible" to get adjudicated (whether this means anything is an open issue !!)

btw, you can check NSC dates here
(June 30, 2005 right now)

Not entirely related to the OP's question - what you are talking about is the movement of the PD cutoff date (aka visa number date) - which is "set" :rolleyes: by the Dept of state.
What the OP asked about was the 485 processing date at NSC - which has no connection to the visa bulletin.
