Facts:
RD for I-140: 7/2001 (Texas). AD for I-140: 7/2002. sent all required doc and company letter for employment to campany lawyer last monday and got the layoff Tuesday. Last employment was last friday. Benefit package(as reqular paycheck) ends by end of this year. H1B for 4 yrs.
Question:
1). I called campany lawyer last friday and she said she is going to send I-485 out. Is company aware of my layoff? If not, should I tell the truth to her?
2). Usually, how does company pay the fee to lawyer? Step by step?
3). Is company going to notify INS about my situation? I talked w/ HR representative who said - probably not.
4). Company lawyer filed EAD, advance parole w/ I-485. Since current IT situation and my situation (4 yrs H1b), I like to use EAD to find a job if I get EAD. What kind of Risk?
5). it is said finger print needs company job verification. Is that true?
