I am sending the I-134 (Affidavit of Support) for my parents. What H1-B details should I give in that form? I have written my I-94 # and my Control #. Should I write any other H1-B details?

Actually none of the options are applicable for H1B. So write 'None' where it asks for A # and write 'H1B Holder'.

Check immihelp.com. In the sample documents section, they have provided a complete filled sample I-134 and DS-156 forms. Immihelp suggested to add a category e and give your H1B control number and expiration date.
