Hi All,

My I-485 is pending with
RD 02/2002 and
ND 03/2002 and I got my 2nd FP.


Currently I am not in project. My employer is asking me to take a vacation for 3 months in order not to run the payroll for me. He already helped me for last two months.

My question is, will it affect me in I-485, in case if I get any RFE for paystuff or W2.


I would certainly appreciate your comment on this.

IF ANY ONE WENT THRUOUGH THIS SIMILAR KIND OF SITUATION, PLEASE GIVE YOUR COMMENT.

You are close

to approval/ RFE. Make sure that your payroll is run even though you are on vacation. If it is a small company this should be possible.
 
Its not that complicated. Ask them to run a payroll showing that you were on medical leave or vacation. But you still get a paystubb with zero dollars...

If a RFE comes, you get 3 months to respond. You can always work out a deal then..
