My wife's H-4 petition has been approved with consular processing without change in status . She was initially planning to have her H-4 stamped in September 07.
She now wants to be a full time student and is requesting change of status from J-2 to F-1.
Q: considering that her H-4 petition has been approved by the USCIS . can she request a COS from j-2 to F-1
