RE-FP1 Status

Hello,
My wife is primary applicant and she went to New Roshelle, NY for Re-FP1 on July 17th. Is there any way to know the status of the FP?? The message hasnt changed and there is no update on LUD. Is there any phone number to call FBI and check the status??

Here is the FBI Contact Information:

1. Call any one number:
304 625 5590
304 625 2406

2. Select Option 3 or Option 2 i.e. Private Individual

3. Tell her/him that you need to check whether your FP report is send to INS or not ?

4. She will ask your Allien # and update with you with the status.
Allien # is located on the right hand corner of your I-140 or I-485 or FP notice.

Thanks Ulhas.

Today, I called the FBI and they informed me that the re-fP of my wife didnt go through. She said "FP is not complete, So we can't validate it". Does anybody have any previous experience like this?? I am not sure whats going to happen next?? Will INS again do re-fp??

Not sure what's going to happen next. In my case they said they send the FP report same day i.e First week of MAY. But so far staus shows same old message. Actually , it should say "We received your FP....."
