Folks,

Today my attorney told me that he received FP Notice for my wife only....even though I am the primary applicant of this application but they are consistent coz my wife got 140 approval first then she got EAD first and then she got AP approval first

I thought we never going to get our FP notice but I guess I was wrong.

our RD is 05/01/03
and ND is 05/06/03

I am also may filer. 05/29/03.
Haven't heard anything from USCIS.
 
hangin there buddy....my attorney even taking BCIS side and telling me that it is very hard for them to hire new employees and somehow everyone in this loop is inocent...thanks to this site so we can take some of frustration out by talking to each other.

My Wife didn't get it so far though...

I have to watch your case very closely as you got same ND :) its good to know someone with same dates....
 
buddies, my ND in June, didn't get any information from USCIS so far, anyhow hope
we don't need to get 2nd fingerprint before approval of GC...

FP2 for dependents: Dec.2003
FP2 for myself: just got, for March.

RD Feb.02
ND March 02
FP May 02
AVM - not changed since Apr.02.
RFE - none

Yahoooooo i got my first FP notice today and i have to do it on march 19....yes I agree with you because we got our first FP after 10 months so hopefully we wont go for second and we will get our approval before that....keep fingures cross
