Hi,

I have two questions:

1) I currently have H1B VISA on my passport from company A valid till April 2004. I have applied for my transfer with company B. Can I enter US using I-797 approval from Company B and having Visa from Company A? I am currently in US and planning trip to India


2) Is it possible to enter US using a H1B transfer receipt and a Visa from previous company?

1. Yes. Tell POE that you will be filing for revalidation as soon as you go home.
