My mother is currently visiting me on visitor visa, and has been granted a stay of 6 months. Her stay ends on Dec 20th. I am planning to go on a trip with my mom to Brazil during the end of November.
Will my mother have any issues at the port of entry, as to why she is re-entering within 5 months? My mom is not planning on requesting for an extension of stay- she plans to go back to her home country on Dec 18th, as originally planned. Those tickets were bought 6 months ago.
Would the immigration officer at the POE give her a hard time because of this?
