Re entry to usa

My mother-in-law spent 6 months here and left to india now
1) Can she come back to us with in one month or
2)Is there any other way she can come in early.

Pl. suggest.

whats her visa status ?

A1: She can attempt a second visit this soon, but be prepared for the worst case scenario. I hope she is not using her visit visa to live in the US.
A2: Legally or uninspected? Two very different beasts.
