re-entry to U.S. after overstaying visa expiration.

My question pertains to my girlfriend that i met in the U.S.. She is from Ecuador,and has been here 2 years past here visa expiration. She has left to go back to Ecuador. If I were to marry her and want to bring her back, is that possible or is she not able to re-enter the U.S. again. I am a U.S. citizen in good public and financial standing so I will not be an issue . Any help would be appreciated.
 
She is banned from entering the US for 10 years from the time she left the US.
