I overstayed in the U.S by a number of years, due to waiting for a green card through a laywer who turned out to be a fraud.(since in jail for 26 years), however I wish to return from Ireland for a vacation. If I apply on line with my info and passport details will the Esta system flag me? I was not asked for my visa waiver when I left on 5th Sep 2008.
