I have a v. complex situation. I'm PR just filed my N-400, my wife has valid B1 visa. She stayed with me 3 mo last year, then filed extension, got another 3, left in November and came back in December. That time they gave her hard time and only gave her ONE month on I-94 after secondary inspection.
She has been out of the country for 6 month now.
She is 6mo pregnant.
Can she re-enter. Is there a risk of sending her back.
